  1. This page is for Special Collections (bulky waste). You can amend:
    the date of booking
    the items that are being collected
    Note we cannot amend the location or contact details for the booking. You must let us know at least 24 hours before the collection date.
    You will be require the 16-digit reference number you received when booking the bulky collection. This can be found in the confirmation email you received or on your account if you booked through 'My Account'.
    If you cancel an existing collection you will be refunded any amount paid. However, if you cancel the collection the day before the items are due for collection no refund will be issued.
