A career in health and social care requires commitment, compassion and professionalism. If your vocation in life is to care for others, there are rewarding roles in a variety of professions in the health and social care sector that may interest you. We offer courses to provide you with the knowledge and skills to work progress towards careers in a range of professions including:​

Are you interested in learning more about counselling? Our suite of counselling courses are designed for those who want to develop counselling skills to progress in their current job or want to take the firsts steps towards becoming a professional counsellor. Counselling is often a second or third career choice for many people; our part-time evening courses allow you to study whilst you continue in your current job and decide whether you wish to pursue a new career. The courses will provide you with an insight into the nature of counselling work and support you to become more proficient in using counselling skills such as self-awareness, listening and responding to help other people.
