CCTV camera enforcement

In some locations cameras are used to enforce parking restrictions to improve road safety and reduce congestion.

CCTV Camera Enforcement Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs)

PCNs issued via camera enforcement are sent by post to the registered keeper of the vehicle and will include a photograph of the alleged contravention being committed. If you receive a CCTV PCN, you can do the following online:

The following contraventions are enforced by CCTV cameras in Hillingdon:

Parking contraventions

We currently have enforcement cameras at the following locations:

  • Crown Close, Hayes
  • Longford Roundabout
  • Coldharbour Lane
  • Yeading Lane, Yeading
  • Station Road, Hayes
  • High Street, Uxbridge
  • Station Road, Hayes
  • Vine Street, Uxbridge
  • Uxbridge Road

Heavy Duty Goods Vehicles

We currently have enforcement cameras at the following location:

  • Sidmouth Drive, South Ruislip

School Keep Clear (Zig Zag markings outside schools)

In addition to the above CCTV camera locations the council have also installed CCTV cameras outside most Hillingdon schools. This is done to ensure safety of all school children within the borough. During the restricted hours, vehicles are not permitted to stop or wait, even for the purpose of dropping off, or picking up passengers, or loading or unloading, regardless of the length of time involved. This is also enforceable during the school holidays.
