Infrastructure planning

The following plans relate to infrastructure planning and are required to enable Hillingdon Council, together with partner organisations, to plan positively for sustainable growth.

Strategic Infrastructure Plan

The Strategic Infrastructure Plan (SIP) is prepared in order to assess and plan for the amount and type of infrastructure that is required to achieve the sustainable development outlined within the Local Plan.

Hillingdon Council produced its latest SIP in May 2017.

Development Infrastructure Funding Study

In March 2016 Hillingdon Council agreed to establish the Hayes housing zone.

In order to assess and plan for the amount and type of infrastructure that is required to achieve the anticipated level of growth, a Development Infrastructure Funding Study (DIFS) is required.

Hillingdon Council produced its latest DIFS in May 2017.
