Free cycle training

To help keep our residents safe and in line with government advice on the coronavirus, cycle training applications have been suspended until further notice.

The London Borough of Hillingdon offers up to 4 hours training with an approved trainer which can be booked at convenient times for you. The lessons can be tailored to an individuals level of riding, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to regain some confidence.

Please note: all applicants aged 16-17 will need to be accompanied by a adult over the age of 18 on their training sessions.

Training course

  • Up to four hours are provided free
  • Complete beginner to experienced rider tuition
  • Choice of on or off road instruction
  • Cycle can be provided (subject to availability)

The warmer spring and summer weather is the perfect time to take up the free training.
