Jog it off!

Explore your local surroundings and become more active by jogging. Free adult jog/walk sessions for beginners led by experienced runners.

Group jogging

We all know that becoming more active can improve our health in a variety of ways, even give us more energy.

These free sessions offer an opportunity for people of all fitness levels to start doing one of the most accessible and effective activities available.

You will start at an appropriate level, walking and moving on to jogging. The sessions are taken by experienced runners from the local athletics club, Hillingdon AC and offer those that wish to take their training to the next level an opportunity to join a competitive club.

Meet people

As well as improving your fitness this is a great opportunity to meet new people and explore the local area. It is hard to find the time for our own health and wellbeing and having a group of people to meet can make it easier. Just turn up to a session, bring a friend or make some friends there.

Run england logo Get more active by walking, jogging or running at a time convenient to you. Whether it is with the support of a trained group leader, the encouragement of a running group or a marked local route, 3-2-1 provides a range of fun and challenging routes across the country for you to try. 

Hillingdon has three run loops :

Hillingdon House Farm, Hillingdon Athletics Stadium, Gatting Way, UB8 1E
A jogging circuit divided into 3, 2 and 1km sections.
321 jogging loop Hillingdon House [1MB]

Ruislip Lido, Reservior Road, Ruislip, Middlesex, HA4 7TY
A jogging circuit divided into 2.5, 2 and 1km sections.

Stockley Park, UB8 3LL - just off the Colham roundabout (small car park)
A dual jogging circuit divided into a single 1km and 2.2km loop and 2 and 1km sections.
